JIL Construction Inc. (JIL Construction) are esteemed builders with extensive experience in engineering and construction in Toronto and surrounding greater Toronto areas. Mechanical and electrical (MEP) engineering experience began in 2014 working a variety of building types from commercial, retail, base buildings to residential. Working in mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems for both new and retrofit buildings.
Construction experience began in 2008 as a sole proprietorship business under Justin Schaumer then rebranded and incorporated into JIL Construction Inc in 2019. Our experience spans small to large scale renovations, additions, construction and landscaping with residential homes built in the early 1900s to more recent homes in the 2000s.
JIL Construction is actively a member and licensed with PEO (Ontario Engineering association) and WSIB as well as being commerically insured.
